I dunno why I didn't think of shrimp! I've just been able to eat them recently and not feel get a weird feeling in my tummy. I love the idea of just tossing a handful in the fridge too! Definitely trying this!

I have been getting ham salad from HoneyBaked ham...delish!  Wolf Brand white chicken chili is really good to keep on hand and has a lot of protein plus you can top it with shredded cheese.

Yeah, I'm not a huge fan of meat & mayo products in general. I like the Chili idea too!

We buy it at Walmart right next to the Hormel stuff... I read a lot of labels and bought it the first time based on the nutrition...then discovered it's not overly spicy and goes down pretty well...very tasty!

I always make meatballs with italian sausage and ground chuck and two eggs with parmesan cheese and bake for 25 minutes (depending on the size) It's low to no carb and 1 will completely fill me until the next meal. Two pounds of meat will make about 30-35 meatballs and they last forever.

Oh, you reminded me that we used to make "breakfast balls" when I was low carb. I'm going to mix up a batch! I also like in the photo used here that someone put it around a hard boiled egg. Hmmm.... http://www.food.com/recipe/low-carb-breakfast-balls-98774
