sounds good to me. I'm 3 1/2 months out and eat 2 1/2 to 3 oz at a time.

I was told 3 meals, 2 snacks.  The most important target was protein and get in at least 40 grams over the first two weeks.  At my 10 day appointment (yesterday) I am now at 82 grams protein.

My stomach confuses me as far as quantity.  I have no problem getting 20 ounces of water in during an hour.  At first 2 ounces of Fage yogurt was the max, now 3 ounces can be done if I am short on protein.  This morning though was my first experience with cream of wheat.  I had been hungry for two days solid so decided to just eat a "regular" type breakfast (it is on my full liquid menu- no cheating!).  I used one envelope of instant cream of wheat, as I was in the classroom working.  When I finished making it holy smokes it looked like an enormous portion!  It was delicious, but the confusing part is that I finished nearly all of it before I got my first sense of "getting full- slow down to check" kinda feeling.  Dunno- I guess techinically it is a liquid or it wouldn't be on the diet.  On the other hand I was very satisfied even 5 hours later, had to make myself take a shake in.

I suppose I will get better with this as time goes on.  You will too!!!
