thanks you have a great point I could be the next spokesmodel for weigh****chers if I'm not careful lol.  I think I will just track more, up the water and start hitting a gym.. Thanks for the advice.

Am going to Weigh****chers, but, I don't reveal that I had WLS...It keeps me accountable...And not totally blowing this sleeve!!

I have continued to do WW . Mostly for the support of the group weekly meeting. I lost 137 pounds and had a regain of 60 before WLS. I love my group of friends there. I use my fittnes pal to track right now, but want to put it in WW just to see how many points I am using. I have not told anyone of my surgery .
My biggest thing I need is support!!!! It works for me.
