But, the program is designed to allow more calories than we generally are advised to eat, so as for the actual program, I wouldn't make that my first stop.
The reason WW (and any reputable WL program) works is tracking and accountability. You dont need to pay for that. Start tracking your food - limit your calories to some pre-determined amount that works for you (most ppl do 600-800 cal/day) and stick with it. When you weigh/measure/track your food, it makes it easier to keep going with the weight loss - if you are just "guesstimating" then you could be eating a lot more than you'd imagine.

Thanks I do log onto myfitness.pal when I am here at work.. I work from 6PM till 3;30 AM.. i am still on my diabeetic medicine and thyroid pills. This is the hardest thing I have done in my life.. I have lost 63 lbs so far I feel great but I feel like I am not doing enough.. thanks for the input.

I know we all can do things a little better - go through your food journal - see what parts of your diet you can clean up or what you can add to make it more balanced. If you need to add exercise, then you can consider that.
It is the hardest thing to do - you are not alone in that feeling. The whole process can be tiring and frustrating, but you kind of have to get into a routine and a way of doing things to make it less tiring. I find that by planning my meals, cooking ahead of time for the week, pre-measuring all my meals when I cook - it takes out some of the hard work so I can kind of go on "auto-pilot" so to speak. When I wake up in the morning to pack my breakfast and lunch - they are all in the fridge packed in my 1/2 cup tupper ware dishes, and I just grab and go. No thinking involved!
