Bariwise Hot Chocolate... Seriously, what's the catch?

I just got a box of bariwise hot chocolate.  It is seriously the yummiest protein supplement I've ever tried.  I'd love this even if I wasn't "special needs"!!    For anyone having trouble finding a supplement they can stand, give this a try.  I had to order it online, I ordered through Diet Direct but it's probably elsewhere too.  Here's a link:  Bariwise Hot Chocolate  I got the regular chocolate flavor.

7 packets are $10.99 (plus shipping) so it isn't cheap.  But when you need to get your protein numbers up, it is well worth the investment if you can swing it!

I know I'm not the first to "discover" this - I actually read about it on here!  But I wanted to make a post since I know there are a few of us out there that are early out and having trouble with protein shakes.

This is so yummy that I am wondering what the catch is.  Wrong kind of protein?  Something not in balance?  Anyone know?

Here is a summary from the above website:

I'm with you, it was my favorite protein supplement too.  I don't see a catch, just enjoy.

I love the hot chocolates from Diet Direct.  I have been buying from them for years.  I usually buy WonderSlim, sometimes BariWise.  They are both caseinate protein.  Isolates are a better form a protein, but given that I don't have it too often and it is not my only source of protein, I'm not worried about it.

well.unfortunately, yhe closest thing to protein I saw on the ingredients list was hydrolized gelatin. the 15 gms must be coming from the milk solids in it. you could drink a glass of milk and get that amount for way less money.

Yeah but you'd have more carbs and it wouldn't be nice cup of Hot chocolate...

Oops, looks like my post got cut off.  (Maybe it was user error - I'm rather hopped up with excitement over this stuff)

Here is the ingredients list (this is for the chocolate flavor):
Ingredients:
Calcium Caseinate, Hydrolyzed Gelatin, Non Fat Milk, Cocoa Powder, Maltodextrin, Salt, Titanium Dioxide, Aspartame*, Acesulfame K, Natural and Artificial Flavors. *Phenylketonurics: Contains Phenylalaline

I didn't know there was protein in gelatin?  I thought the protein was the Calcium Caseinate and the non-fat milk.

This stuff is worth every penny.  So yummy and very satisfying.  I'm looking forward to having another cup tomorrow morning.

Diets Direct looks like they have a lot of interesting things.  Bariwise and Wonderslim seem to make some great products (at least on paper.  This is the first bariwise purchase for me.)

I found a good source of hot chocolate too. Only it's just regular ol Presidents Choice light how cocoa mix.
Here's the stats..
Calories        -60
Fat                   -2g
Cholesterol   -0mg
Carbs             -8g
Sugars           -3g
Sodium         -180mg
Fibre              -1g
Protein          -4g Now that's not close to the 15g, but I add about 2 tbs of powered milk and it makes it nice and creamy and boosts the protein to a little over 10g.
I quite enjoy it,and it's only a few bucks.
