PCOS and Acanthosis Nigricans (dark spots)

I to have PCOS!!!!!!! Pain in the Ass!!!!!!!!!! My neck is so dark, underarms, inner thighs. I have hair on chin. My grandmother use to scrub my neck with Lava Soap!!!!!! So painful........Good Luck !!!!!!!!! Keep us posted on how and if it gets better!!!!!!!!
