Super Excited - Just bought an Elliptical
Can't wait to get cleared to use it.
Got a great deal $400 for $999 on Nordic Tracks website.
I got the Pathfinder model.
I want to start @ 20 min treadmill then 20 min elliptical. I also have a stationary bike but it will be a bit before I conquer that as last time I got pretty saddle sore.

Congrats! I bought one on sale a few weeks ago too- great deals for the holidays. Intend to use it during the pre-op preperation and then post op to build stamina. I have arthritis in my knee and feet and the elliptical is great b/c of the low impact but high cardio benefit. Work that thing!

Oh Boy! How exciting for you... wish I had a treadmill. I also wish some of you lived in No. California as I have a $1200 Elliptical I am selling for a very good price. It was recommendedby my PCP for joints, but because I'm so short and had a knee replacement, I can't use it. IDK why, but just doesn't fit and makes my knee hurt. I know.. I'm weird! Best of luck in the rest of your journey.
