I am going to be sleeved sometime in January or February and would be interested in reading and trying some of other  people's recipes who have been sleeved. Please share your favorite one with me!

At 4 months out I don't eat much differently than I did pre-sleeve, except of course my portions are much smaller and I'm focusing much more on protein and less on carbs. I wouldn't say I have any recipes that I have specifically designed for my post-sleeve diet. Frisco is a regular poster here and he seems to post a lot of food pics and ideas, so you might hunt down some of his posts!

Brandilynn's Buffalo Chicken Salad is awesome --

Diced Chicken, Bleu Cheese, Greek Yogurt, Hot Sauce and Celery.  Mix it up and eat it alone or on crackers.  Yummy!

Otherwise, I eat like a normal person, but focus on meats, veggies and fruits for the most part.
