 Today will probably be my last whatcha eating post for 2011.  I take a break every year and now it's time!!

exercise: none today, but I killed it on the treadmill last night!

Exercise: Cross Training tonight

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!  BTW, you make me CRAZY with the Popeye's!  That was definitely my crack pre-op and I'm scared to even try it again....so I taste it vicariously through you.
