 b: 1 oz. cheese and 4 crisps
l: 2 oz. ground chicken with cheese
s: 2 sugar free mini oreos
d: 1 oz. grilled chicken with 1 oz. cheese and 5 crisps
protein shake

fluids are about 40 oz. which is typical for me.  going to try for another 8 oz. before bed but not sure i can make it.  

vitamins sucked today.  took my b 12 and multi and that was it, no calcium.
