Ms Shell, no worries.  That was me yesterday.  Even though I posted, and I confessed to several sinful items, I ate even more than that when it was all said and done.  BUT, I woke up today renewed and recommitted and am doing fine.  I KNOW you will do the same tomorrow.  Chin up!

LND: three slices of cheese
LNS: beef nachos

B: protein shake
S: greek yogurt
L: the guts of part of a sub sandwich:  turkey & ham lunch meat, provolone cheese, lettuce
S: cheese stick
D: sauteed shrimp, squash
S: not sure yet

water: 3/4 done
vites: yes
exercise: treadmill

bonus: watching Hangover2 tonight!!!!!!!!!!!

Vitamins: yes, plus my liquid hair skin and nails came yipee!

B: 1/2 scrambled egg with 1/2 serving of turkey and 2 slices of Cracker Barrel pre-cut cheese
S: The other half of the scrambled egg (warmed up nicely, thank goodness)
L: 2 oz homemade Parmeasan chicken
S: 1 high protein wafer bar (I'm getting better wtih these so long as I specify a time each day to have one)
D: 3 Foster Farms Italian-style meatballs
S: 2 slices of cheese with 1 serving deli turkey meat

Total Calories: 802 (might change a bit if I add in some veggies with dinner)
Total Protein: 70
Total Carbs: 24

Water: 6 out of 9 glasses are done
Exercise; cross training and the eliptical tonight with my hubbilicious.

Notice no protein drink. I'm working on getting them out of my life - hopefully forever. YAY! But, one day at time and if I need a shake, I need a shake.

B-nothing technically I threw up
L-left over tortilla soup with black beans added
D- cheese cubes and a taste of cheesecake i know really bad (it was my husbands command Christmas Party or I'd never have done it)

Water- little under goal today
Exercise-some walking
Vits- forgot them I'll start off to,or row right and take them!
