Just take some shredded cheese (parmesan, cheddar, swiss, and jack cheeses all work well - I've also heard small squares of American cheese work, though I've not tried it), put into little piles on a coated paper plate, and microwave for a minute or so until browning on the edges. Voila - cheese crisps that have no crazy ingredients or added carbs! You can also add spices for flavoring if desired.
