Hello,
I don't post very often, but thought I would be brave today and post my before photo and one from today. I really didn't think that I looked that much different until I took the photos today. I am a slow loser (55.6 pounds) but the inches have been dropping like crazy and and 99% of my fat clothes do not fit so I guess it's time to invest in an interim wardrobe. I feel so much better, the VSG is one of the best things I have done!
