Thanks!!!   We just discovered it - love the taste AND texture!   So creamy!
I googled for a recipe and found something where the chicken was fried - did not read much more, I'll wait for your recipe

Here you go!!

4oz Chicken Breast
1oz Goat Cheese
Couple Olives
Chopped red pepper
1/8 tsp oregano
salt & pepper to taste 

Cover Chicken Breast with saran wrap and pound with mallet.  Mix goat cheese, olives, red bell pepper and seasoning.  Place mixture in middle of chicken breast and fold closed and secure opening with tooth picks.  Bake in 350 oven for 20-30 minutes until done

LND - grilled chicken breast, 2.5 oz.

B - 3/4 egg, scrambled w/ 1 oz. venison sausage
L - 2 oz grilled pork tenderloin and 1/2 oz goat cheese
D - probably 2 oz grilled chicken or pork tenderloin and some goat cheese
S - Fage 0% Greek yogurt

Water - doing good
Vitamins - done, just need one more calcium
Exercise - walked 2 miles, rode bike 3 miles

 S: protein wafer
 L: 1 cup turkey chili
 S: N/A
 D: 1 quorn turkey meatless burger, 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese.
 S:??? only if I need one.

Water: hard to do
Vitamins: Yes
exercise: Just walking 1 mile.


My surgeon gave me the tool. Now it is up to me to use it right.

Hi Shell! I love these posts.
LND- turkey wing, collard greens, and 1/4 cup of yellow rice
Snack- 1 taco- sorry I was hungry and I ate dinner early.

B- cottage cheese 100 calorie
S- missed
L- spaghetti with ground turkey and whole wheat pasta
S- taco
D- chicken salad

On my soft food stage starting today!!!!

B-water I got up late
L- cheddar cheese shavings and apple sauce
D-most likely cheese stick and soup

Exercise- going out tonight so just walking
Vitamins- I start those tomorrow after my post op appt
Water- on point, I can now get 16 oz in like 10 minutes

celery, cilantro, parsley, alkaline water, creamy vanilla isopure protein powder, banana
