1oz Goat Cheese
Couple Olives
Chopped red pepper
1/8 tsp oregano
salt & pepper to taste
Cover Chicken Breast with saran wrap and pound with mallet. Mix goat cheese, olives, red bell pepper and seasoning. Place mixture in middle of chicken breast and fold closed and secure opening with tooth picks. Bake in 350 oven for 20-30 minutes until done
B - 3/4 egg, scrambled w/ 1 oz. venison sausage
L - 2 oz grilled pork tenderloin and 1/2 oz goat cheese
D - probably 2 oz grilled chicken or pork tenderloin and some goat cheese
S - Fage 0% Greek yogurt
Water - doing good
Vitamins - done, just need one more calcium
Exercise - walked 2 miles, rode bike 3 miles

Lunch: Bread n cup Bake potatoe soup
Dinner: Salad: Arugula, spinach, garbonzo beans, red onion, corn, walnuts, baby bell white cheddar cheese, shredded carrot, snap pea crips for salas, goji berries, tiny avocado,
cucumber, green bell pepper, asian dressing
