D:  Tuscan Spinach Chicken

Water:  Goal 12 Cups
Vitamins:  Oh yeah
Exercise:  Weights this morning, Treadmill after work

Exercise:  I walked to the restroom.

I suck.  I'm entirely unmotivated.  I need someone to ***** slap me. hard.

TRY revisting ALL the reasons you had surgery and want to be healthy to see if that helps.

I'm only 4 days post op so you know what my diet is like but just wanted to pop in here to say how much I love these posts. It allows me to see that you can actually chew and consume food comfortably again. When i get to mushies, i'll be able to participate.

S: coffee w/creamer
L: greek yogurt

D: 3oz fish, 5 asparagus spears

water: only 1/4 done... better get on that!
vitamins: yes
exercise: might do a video tonight
