One word: GOAL!

Yes, I made goal this morning! At a little over 5'7" my BMI is in a normal range. Feels so strange. My husband and i were horsing around last night with "trust falls" and he actually grabbed me and picked me up, basically sweeping me off my feet. What a strange feeling! How is that for an NSV? I had to email my surgeon this morning to thank him. Love him so much.

It took me 17 months but honestly this was the easiest way I have EVER lost weight. Don't get me wrong, I work out HARD on a consistent schedule but it doesn't seem like work because I enjoy it so much.

My goal was 155 and my surgeons goal for me is 145...I believe I will make that in no time.
