LastNightDinner:  Tuscan Spinach Chicken
LNS:  Protein Balls

B:  Protein Shake
S:  Coffee
L  1 Chicken Enchilada
S:  Salad w/boiled egg
D:  Hmmmm??
S:  2 Protein Balls (click here for recipe) I made 1/2 the recipe and had 15 balls 1/2oz each

Water:  Goal 16 cups (since I'm already at 12)
Vitamins:  On track
Exercise:  Did my weights this morning

L: 1/2 grilled hamburger patty and 2 tbsp of spinach dip
S: N/A
D: 1/4 cup refried beans and cheese 2 oz of chicken breast

Water: 84 ounces ( Already have 16.9 down)
Vitamins: Done this morning
Exercise: Walking

B: two scrambled egg whites w/ cheese
S: coffee w/creamer
L: grilled chicken, salad greens w/italian dressing, green beans
S: 7 pretzels
D: baked chicken thigh, spinach salad w/ a tiny bit of southwest ranch 
S: not sure yet

vites: yes
exercise; none
