LND: 6 inch subway sub, ham, turkey & cheese on whole grain roll w/ light mayo & onions
          (only eat half without the top bun of course)         

LNS:  tiny bit of turkey salad

B: Swiss, cottage cheese w/ tiny bit of ham salad
S: turkey salad & SF popsicle
L: rest of the turkey salad
S: other half of sub from LND
D: ham salad?
S: ?

Water: working on it
Vitamins: done
Exercise:  morning walk & perhaps and 1hr @ the gym tonight

VSG on 05/31/11 with
LND: 1/2 of a piece of "chick'n scallopini" w/ 2 tbsp of Panara broccoli cheese soup on top
LNS: 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 oz cheddar cheese (it was too much, lesson learned!!)

B: 1/4 cup of 2% milkfat cottage cheese
L: 16 oz chocolate cinnamon protein shake (yum!)
D: I'm thinking 1/4 cup ricotta bake and a 1/2 oz of the "chick'n scallopini"
S: if I need one, only 1 oz of mozzarella cheese, lol

Water: slacking today, only 32 oz so far
Vits: multi is done... Ugh, need the rest!
Exercise: it's finals time, studying is all I have time for tonight

L: 1.5 oz. cheese with 5 mini baguettes
D: 2 oz. chicken
S: protein shake/2 oz. cheese w/ 5 mini baguettes

liquids:  32 oz. of water so far, will have another 16 oz. tonight
vitamins: on schedule
exercise: may be an off day today, see how i feel when i get home.

D: one bite each: chicken curry, curry rice, corn w/feta, grilled chicken, grilled beef, choc cake, carrot cake
