whats ur bougie sizzzeeee ????
Yes, Mom4Jazz is right. I have a 34f, and I can eat 2 to 2.5 oz of dense protein (depending) and I am 3 months out. I am not complaining, I'm just saying that surgical technique and the length of your stomach have a lot to do with how much your stomach will hold.
I know some doctors are better than others, and some sleeves are smaller. I just know that, for me, my current tummy is much smaller than my old one, and I have a much easier time following my food plan. But I am definitely one of those folks that accept that I need a food plan. I would probably not lose anymore weight if I weren't following a food plan.
Requested and received a 34F At 3yrs out my sleeve's capacity is...9-10 oz per meal.. NORMAL RANGE and CAPACITY...for VSGr this far out despite... overeatin to discomfort on a near daily basis since I had VSG!

I have a 36F My surgeon sutures as well as staples so not sure if that makes a diff too.
I'm only a week out and I really don't know how much I can hold cuz I never have a full feeling and I'm not eating anything but liquids, and water all day long.
What is dense protein?.. something solid like chicken or tuna??
