Yes, Mom4Jazz is right.  I have a 34f, and I can eat 2 to 2.5 oz of dense protein (depending) and I am 3 months out.  I am not complaining, I'm just saying that surgical technique and the length of your stomach have a lot to do with how much your stomach will hold.

I know some doctors are better than others, and some sleeves are smaller.  I just know that, for me, my current tummy is much smaller than my old one, and I have a much easier time following my food plan.  But I am definitely one of those folks that accept that I need a food plan.  I would probably not lose anymore weight if I weren't following a food plan.

I have a 36F My surgeon sutures as well as staples so not sure if that makes a diff too.
I'm only a week out and I really don't know how much I can hold cuz I never have a full feeling and I'm not eating anything but liquids, and water all day long.
What is dense protein?.. something solid like chicken or tuna??

I have a 40, my Dr. says that he feels issues with reflux are reduced with a slightly bigger bougie d/t the sleeve being a "high pressure" system. I'm sure I still have some swelling but so far I can get in 1 oz of cottage cheese.

I have a 32F and have had no problems with reflux. I also can eat pretty much anything with out any problems. Although I don't.  I usually eat about 2-3 ounces of dense protein, But things like fish I can eat more 4-5 ounces.

36 but oversewn so close to a 34.
I'm still early out and on mushies.  I can eat 1/2 cup yogurt or cottage cheese without a problem.

I have a 32f and am really happy with the capacity of my stomach at 2.5 years.  I could only eat about 2 oz at a year out, now I can comfortably eat close to 3 oz.  I would not want a bigger stomach.

I have a 32f and can easily eat 3-4 oz. of protein in a sitting...I also have a long torso and suspect my stomach may be longer than most. I also still have acid issues at almost 9 months out.
