LNS:  Peanuts

B:  Espresso Spinach Protein Shake
S:  Coffee
L:  1 Chicken Enchilada
S:  Salad maybe w/boiled egg
D:  Popeyes Spicy Leg & Thigh
S:  ??

Water:  Goal 12 Cups
Vitamins:  Yeah I remembered to get my D3
Exercise:  Did my weights this morning; 1 Mile Walk @ lunch;

L: 1/2 cup lentil dahl
S: maybe more ham and cheese
D: grilled shrimp


Water: hopefully 8 cups- 3 down so far
Vitamins: B12, Biotin, vitamins
Exercise: today is my day off

Breakfast: 1/2 cup quinoa; 1 deviled egg (whole egg)
Snack: coffee
Lunch 3oz bbq rib; couple bites of salad; 1 deviled egg (whole egg)

Dinner: 2-3oz of steak; salad
Snack: Chobani "milkshake"
SW: 342 lbs / CW: 175lbs / GW: 150lbs

7:30 am 1/2 protiene shake
9:30 3 ounces greek yogurt
11:30 1/4 cp cottage cheese
1:30 1/4 cp cottage cheese
3:30 3ounces greek yogurt
5:30 1/2 protien shake

60oz water. The 8th will be 4 weeks!

LNS: 1.3 oz cheddar cheese

B: 1 Morningstar veggie sausage patty
1/2 a laughing cow cheese wedge
L: 1/4 cup ricotta bake
S: chocolate caramel cinnamon protein shake
D: I'm thinking a piece of veggie "chick'n" scallopini and some cheese

Water: 56 oz so far
Vits: multi and calcium are done, still need b12 and CoQ10
Exercise: I'm thinking some wii fit tonight, or maybe a run. Not sure yet

 LND - 3 oz. baked pork loin, a little bit of sweet potato (baked)

B - Choc/peanut butter/banana protein shake
L - 3 oz precooked shrimp
D - Chinese leftovers - measured out 3 oz roasted tofu then added a few veggies
S - Protein bar

Water - I don't measure

Exercise - Gym, 30 min, cardio, 30 min, weights a little ab work
