The beginning of the week!!  Woot woot!

LastNightDinner:  Chicken Enchilades
LNS:  Moscato

B:  Espresso/Spinach Protein Shake
S:  2 cups Coffee
L:  1 Chicken Enchilada; Salad
S:  Boiled Egg
D:  4oz Chicken Breast; String Beans
S:  ??

Water:  Goal 12 Cups (current 7 cups)
Vitamins:  On track (**** I keep forgetting to go get more D3)
Exercise:  Day 1 of 8 Minutes in the Morning (got my pedometer on and going for 8K)

I did great last night - no snacking besides coffee!

LND: 2.5oz baked chicken, a few bites of noodles
LNS: coffee w/ 1T peppermint mocha creamer

B: protein shake
L: 3oz grilled chicken breast w/ 1T marinara and 1T melted cheese
S: cake (celebration at work)
D: not sure yet - another work celebration - will stick to protein

water: over half done
vites: yes
exercise: none today

I did HORRIBLE but that was because of the Moscato I'm sure.  Tonight I have some fail safes in place, so we'll see.

B: coffee, egg white/turkey sausage scramble

S: hard boiled egg, muscle milk lite protein shake

L: turkey meatballs, broccoli

S: cottage cheese

D: lean ground turkey with sloppy joe sauce (no bread)

S: probably greek yogurt or green beans (on some weird green bean kick - im weird!)

Water: too much (usually around 120oz- already at 60 before 11am)
Vites: all but calcium
Exercise: REST day with some foam rolling

B:  1 egg
L:  1/2 cup cooked 90% lean ground beef with 2 tbs. ranch dressing, maybe 1/2 oz. cheese
D:  3 oz. pork roast, 5 asparagus spears

snack (yeah, I know...):  2 eggs, 4 tbps. sour cream blended w/1 packet Truvia, microwaved, with sf vanilla syrup--the "faux danish"  YUM

May have a sf Swiss Miss in awhile, we'll see.
