How do you reward yourself?

Clothes are a necessity. So buying them wasn't a reward. I hate shopping!   But wearing clothes that fit and receiving the compliments....priceless.

I haven't been big on rewards yet. But I have my mind on a couple of little things.  Either a digital camera or smart phone with camera.  Shoes and boots. My feet have hurt so long with the weight that I wore sneakers with prescription orthotics to work for over 6 years now.  And I work in a professional environment. I had no choice.  So, I think that boots or pumps with a low heel are coming soon.

I'm pretty high on the progress. I feel rewarded everyday, especially when I am at the gym.  I don't spend much on rewards because I will have to pay for plastics eventually, and I am still paying off the VSG surgery.

I feel so blessed.

I don't really reward myself ( ok except the shiny expensive road bike I just bought - I did promise myself it was a reward to justify it lol).

I celebrated 150 lb loss with am exercise challenge.

The clothes just come with the process and while I don't think of them as a reward, I guess they kind of are.

I know 1 thing for sure - I will absolutey never reward myself with food. I did that for too many years, and well, we can see where that got me.
