I'm thinking massages, pedicures, or maybe a new piece of jewelry.

Not to sound trite, but every day is pretty much it's own reward.  I'm so greatful for little things like being able to roll over in my sleep without having to wake up and consciously reposition myself or being able to fit into a regular bathroom stall at work that I don't need rewards, per se.

I bought a new bike a couple of weeks ago. I guess you could call that a 'reward,' but my weightloss was really more of an excuse to justify the expense, lol.

May not be your style, but I get a body piercing LOL At 70 lbs gone I got my nose done, at 100 lbs gone I went to a really good (and expensive) salon and had my hair completely redone, and at goal I am going to get a tattoo, still deciding on what it will be, but I am thinking "Never" on one wrist and "Again" on the other, so every time I pick up a fork I am reminded of where I DON'T want to be.

I am with jeanne. A small something to reward yourself. We are worth it and long as it isn't food related I don't see a problem.

I have done massages and new clothes as my rewards.  I don't tend to spend money on myself, even though I could, so I'm trying to get better with that.  I'm a saver and I squirrel money away.  And then tend not to spend it.  Not a bad thing, really.

I sometimes find myself rewarding myself with food.  I am really working hard to break that habit FOR GOOD.

No excuses needed to buy jewelry!

Have you ever been to a Gem & Jewelry Show?  Great prices on high end stuff (colored gemstones in white gold settings are my favorite).  The shows now have a bunch of lower end stuff too (silver and beads).

I've been getting my jewelry from these shows for years.  I've even managed to schedule some of my business travel to be in a city when the jewelry show is there (going from Ohio to DC next week mainly to go to the show).  Jewelry lovers should check it out, www.intergem.com, click on attendees, then show schedule.

Manicure, pedicure, new clothes, or for the big ones maybe a weekend trip somewhere... the beach, or visiting friends that live far away.  When I reach goal and maintain my weight for a year I plan to go to Hawaii or some other super sunny awesome place.

Thanks for the info!  I like the white gold and gemstone too.  I just bought a london blue topaz pendant.  I will look at the shows.
