Hiya!!

I'm 3 days out and overall feeling pretty good, just a lot of soreness and sometimes pain at 2 of my incision sites, especially on the left side.  This seems to be mostly from getting up and down, that's when I feel the most pain...still on my meds every 4 to 6 hours, just wanted to know if this was normal for some of you.  Other than that...the only thing that really sucks is the gas pains...constantly burping right now, just scared my cat with the last one.
Just glad to be on the other side.  Ready to start my new sleeved life!!!

Soreness is normal, have fun watching the scale each day for the first month or two then pack it away lol. TOM can slow down your loss the week before for some like me and even put a pound or two on. Enjoy the ride

Congrats on your new sleeve!  I remember the soreness and that every day felt a ittle better.  I also burped a lot for the first few weeks.  It was pretty embarrassing because I grew up in a ladies don't burp, chew gum, drink from a bottle type of family.  It got better, everything gets better!  Good luck!

I am 4 days post op and still pretty sore too, today was the first day I didn't wake up in the middle of the night and wonder if I was gonna hurl... I am glad your feeling well. All I have been doing is sleeping and today I have been working on trying to get some protein in.. How is that going for you?

I was also very sore for the first ......gee, I can't even remember now and I only had my surgery about a month ago!!! - probably about 4 or 5 days. After a week - I don't remember any soreness and the only thing different about me now is that I can actually KNEEL without pain!
