I have NO idea of my food game plan today I just know I'm going to focus on every morsal that I CHOOSE to eat.

B:  Protein/Spinach Shake
S:  ??
L:  ??
S:  ??
D:  ??
S:  ??

Water:  6 cups
Vitamins:  Oh yeah and need to increase my D supplementation thanks to my labs
Exercise:  Took Billy Dee (my dog) for a walk...it's been a LONG time 45 minutes 1.89 miles

 i feel like it's the same thing day after day!

chicken

did my exercise for the day already and trying to get more fluids in.

B: 2 egg whites scrambled with 1/2 slice cheese
S: greek yogurt
L: one slice colby cheese; 30 peanuts
D: baked chicken tenderloin, asparagus

water: not even half done yet... need to get on this!
vitamins: yes
exercise: none yet... hmm

B: 1/3 cup cheese crustless quiche
L: 1 hard boiled egg, chopped with a tbsp of chipotle mayo
D: 1 veggie dog and 1/2 of a laughing cow Swiss cheese wedge
S: 1 can of pure protein vanilla
1/4 cup sunflower kernels

Water: 70 oz
Vits: need to finish them up for the day
Exercise: busy at work today so there's that, no "real" exercise though
