Vitamins:  On track (labs show Vit D deficiency again need to increase more then what's in my Calcium)

 I had my first "out of town" eating experience -- haven't even returned to work yet.

B: at hotel - 1 egg omlette with cheddar Cheese
S: 1/2 carton of lite yogurt
L: (fancy buffet was served) - I had 1/4 c mashed potatoes, 4 oz chicken with some kind of creamy sauce on it.   They had set out cheesecake and chocolate cake at every place setting.  I did great until we were stranded at the table talking -- I ate 8 bites of  cheesecake.  This is the first fail since my surgery (just 2 weeks ago)
S:  Protein Shake
D:  2 oz hummus

Lots of water

 I haven't done one of these in ages!

B: Protein Shake (8oz soy milk, 1 scoop body fortress vanilla, 2 scoop click protein)
S: 1/2 a Quest Protein Bar
L: 1/2 Chicken Breast with Green Beans
S: I am not going to lie, I am indulging in white fudge dipped oreos, 2 of them.
D: The other half of the chicken
S: Another shake

As always, not doing well with getting enough water in throughout the day!

This is my first go at this.  I'd like some feedback on my intake if it's off.  Thanks

B: 1/4 c rotisserie chicken breast
L: 1/4 c rotisserie chicken breast, lean turkey sausage, & cheddar cheese and 1/8 c plain chobani with 1 tsp of torani raspberry syrup
D: 1/4 c rotisserie chicken breast, lean turkey sausage, & cheddar cheese and 1/8 c plain chobani with 1 tsp of tarani raspberry syrup

My food choices for the day are usually the same and then the next day I switch it up if I can.  Today is a 16 hour work day so I am fealing the need for another meal.  I am staying away from snacking at all.

Vit: I suck at this part
Excercise: None today other than walking

B - egg white omelet (3 egg whites, 1 sl ham, shredded cheese) - ate 1/2
Sn - other half of omelet
L- 1.5 oz beef with broccoli
Sn - coffee/protein shake
Sn-  kale chips
D - eggplant rolatini (thin slice eggplant rolled with ricotta cheese, kale, mushrooms, sausage)

water - good
vits - good
exercise - day off today

For the past couple of days, I haven't been able to eat very much. Quite a bit less than usual. I feel okay, though. Is this normal?

Breakfast :    Green Smoothies, Kale, spinach, collard greens, celery, cilantro, parsley
alkaline water, Diatomaceous Earth Food Grade, Green Apple 2 Bananas, lentil sprouts
that i have grown.  Reeds Avocado, protein powder ( plain or creamy vanilla)

Lunch:  chestnuts raw,   green snow peas

Snack: Trader Joes soy and flaxseed protein chips and homeade quacamole that I made ( Yum!)

Dinner:   Lamb, greek salad, fire roasted veggies,few bits of spinach Dip.
