Whatcha eating today VSGers? Friday...
B: at hotel - 1 egg omlette with cheddar Cheese
S: 1/2 carton of lite yogurt
L: (fancy buffet was served) - I had 1/4 c mashed potatoes, 4 oz chicken with some kind of creamy sauce on it. They had set out cheesecake and chocolate cake at every place setting. I did great until we were stranded at the table talking -- I ate 8 bites of cheesecake. This is the first fail since my surgery (just 2 weeks ago)
S: Protein Shake
D: 2 oz hummus
Lots of water
B: Protein Shake (8oz soy milk, 1 scoop body fortress vanilla, 2 scoop click protein)
S: 1/2 a Quest Protein Bar
L: 1/2 Chicken Breast with Green Beans
S: I am not going to lie, I am indulging in white fudge dipped oreos, 2 of them.
D: The other half of the chicken
S: Another shake
As always, not doing well with getting enough water in throughout the day!
B: 1/4 c rotisserie chicken breast
L: 1/4 c rotisserie chicken breast, lean turkey sausage, & cheddar cheese and 1/8 c plain chobani with 1 tsp of torani raspberry syrup
D: 1/4 c rotisserie chicken breast, lean turkey sausage, & cheddar cheese and 1/8 c plain chobani with 1 tsp of tarani raspberry syrup
My food choices for the day are usually the same and then the next day I switch it up if I can. Today is a 16 hour work day so I am fealing the need for another meal. I am staying away from snacking at all.
Water: Goal
Vit: I suck at this part
Excercise: None today other than walking

L- 1.5 oz beef with broccoli
Sn - coffee/protein shake

D - eggplant rolatini (thin slice eggplant rolled with ricotta cheese, kale, mushrooms, sausage)

vits - good
exercise - day off today

alkaline water, Diatomaceous Earth Food Grade, Green Apple 2 Bananas, lentil sprouts
that i have grown. Reeds Avocado, protein powder ( plain or creamy vanilla)
Lunch: chestnuts raw, green snow peas
Snack: Trader Joes soy and flaxseed protein chips and homeade quacamole that I made ( Yum!)
Dinner: Lamb, greek salad, fire roasted veggies,few bits of spinach Dip.
