last night d: chike banana with tablespoon peanut butter. I didn't feel so good before i had that and felt even worse. Peanut butter does not agree with me at all anymore.

LNS: 0% chobani "milkshake"; 1 cup of popcorn
Early AM: 1 packet of maple/brown sugar oatmeal; coffee w/ cream and splenda
Breakfast: nothing (was still full from oatmeal - i dont usually eat oatmeal or that early as a matter of fact)
Snack: coffee w/ cream and splenda
Lunch: 3oz bbq pork rib; 1/2 serving of quinoa caserole
Dinner: 3oz bbq pork rib; salad
Snack: 0% chobani "milkshake"; 1 cup of popcorn
3oz 0% fat free plain greek yogurt
about 1 cup of ice
about a tbs of SF/FF White Chocolate Jello Pudding Mix
a splash of 2% milk
Combine all ingredients and blend until its milkshake consistency.
It is very filling and really curbs my sweet cravings.
