Today I decided to take a walk did a mile slowly with no complications! it feels good walking again. I love it

Keep it up. I hit three miles yesterday. I imagine that there are few things better for us than walking.

Thanks! I used to walk 5 to 6 miles before surgery but trying to build up walk still a little weak.
