low cal and carb food list w high protein ????

hi there, does anyone have any websites where i can print off food lists.....with low carb foods and cal and protein counts...it would just be so much easier to shop off of a list

Hi!  I don't know that this is EXACTLY what you're looking for, but Eggface's blog has a lot of great recipes and she has a link to her Pantry Essentials....might be a good start, anyway.

My main stables are Meat for my protein...and vegetables will have some carb but not much.  Almost ANYTHING that does NOT come from nature (ie processed) is going to be where you see the most carbs.  No cheat sheets really.

On AVERAGE 1oz of meat is 6-9g of protein.  Use google maybe for recipes etc.

thanks guys....just tryin to get my ducks in a row...i bought a counts book from barnes and noble, but wow.....its alot of reading research and note takin !
