I am so thankful to my VSG for:
FITTING IN:
Fitting into: resturant booths, 10 sizes smaller jeans, regular ladies clothing, petite jeans size 16 SLENDER !, roller coasters at Disneyland, turnstyles without turning sideways, normal situations without wondering if the chair will hold me....
Most of all, my biggest NSV was being able to go on trail rides again in the National Parks !! That is, and I think will always be my biggest, and most satisfying victory in this journey.

What I am most thankful for is a life without body pains (especially my knees) and a future that does not include knee replacements!
I am also thrilled to be able to eat a plate that is less than a jar of baby food and not being held prisoner by sweets, carbs or fast food and buffets!!!! I don't cry over what I choose not to eat--I'm happy that I HAVE A CHOICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
