So I started my thanksgiving today well NOT really but I had some turkey and ham and can't wait till tomorrow!  Today I go for my 4 year check out.  I'll do a reflecting post on Monday but for now...my life is NO different then it was 4 years ago, I'm just 100lbs lighter BUT the VSG is everything I expected it to be

LastNightDinner:  2 Fish Tacos
LNS:  1 Fish Taco

B:  About 6oz of Turkey/Ham
S:  Coffee
L:  3oz Lamb; 1/2 Cup Sweet Potato Leek Soup
S:  Persimon 
D:  4oz Fish (Either Talapia; Pollock; Salmon); Salad
S:  ??

Water:  Been hitting my 12 Cup Goal Daily!!
Vitamins:  Yup
Exercise:  ??

B: Muscle Milk Lite Protein Shake
S: Fage 0% Cherry Pom Greek Yogurt
L:  2 1/2 ounce of chicken deli breast w/ 2 tbsp chive cream cheese
S: ??
D: 3 ounce hamburger patty

Water: currently at 48 ounces, moving right along!
Vitamins: not yet, its an after lunch thing
Exercise: not tonight with the holiday

l. cottage cheese 1/4 cup with splenda, slice of turkey breast deli meat
s. 2 oz turkey
d. might have talapia again. last nights was super yummy!
