Water: will be getting it done through the day

Exercise: will try to walk around at work :)

i read these things and I am so jealous! I am not allowed carbs (bread pasta crackers) of any kind till next year..The crustless quiche sound so yummy..can you post the recipe? I would love to try it for something diffnt

This last one was leftover ground turkey about 6oz, then I sauteed an 8oz thing of mushrooms (let it cool) scrambled 4 eggs, mixed everything together with 3oz cheese and put it into a loaf pan and topped with another 1/2 oz of cheese.  Baked 350 for about 30 minutes.
