Happy Monday VSGers!!! Well today begins the "countdown" for our Thanksgiving and I'm trying real hard to continue to be focused. I have a SEMI plan and we'll see!!

P.S. Saturday I went to a play "THE MOUNTAINTOP" in New York.....it was amazing, a must see.
Didn't do to bad on my eating, chickensald, french onion soup, tiny bit of strawberry shortcake and a ****tail......and I got on the scale this morning and lost 3lbs.

1/8 cup 2% milkfat cottage cheese
L: 1 mini babybel light
D: going out for my little brother's birthday so some kind of fish or shrimp
