I was sleeved at Ft Gordon on Wednesday.  I have had no complications and was sent home Friday.  I have noticed that I get chills for a short period of time?  Is this normal I do not have a fever I just get cold.

Your body is going to go through some major changes over the next few weeks so you will find that many wierd things happen. If you don't have a fever and your incisions look okay (not red and angry looking), everything should be fine. But you should also feel comfortable calling your surgeon if you ever feel uncomfortable - if for nothing else than just peace of mind.

I had my surgery in August, when it was hot.  I found myself covering up with a blanket on the recliner, in the middle of the day, I was so cold.  I still get cold very easily, but I don't know if that's still due to the surgery, or a lot less insulation on my body than I had at this time last year!  LOL

Many issues after surgery can actually be from being under anesthesia. Chills, especially. No worries. Like they said, if you don't have a fever and your incisions don't seem to be irritated, you should be fine.
