d- 1/2c chicken hash (shredded chicken, gruyere, cauliflower)
s- caribbean cooler syntrax protein drink

water - ongoing
vites - evening calcium left
exercise - giving my hip a day off

Hi all,

B:  Ham and pepper jack cheese roll-up
L:  3 ground turkey meatballs and few bites of great northern beans
S:  none
D: 6 shrimp and a bit of veggies with Yum Yum Sauce
S:  none

Water:  5-6 cups (tummy can't take anymore today-too full)
Vits-yes
Exercise:  yes,30 min walk
