Hey my friends!!  Today begins another wonderful work week for many of us.  I'm still working on my FOOD demons and probably always will.  It's my cross to bare in life...as such let's rock this week.  I'm still on my 20lbs reloss mission till 2011 ends so yeah that's it for me.

LastNightDinner:  Beef stir fry
LNS:  Remaining Beef stir fry

B:  1 Cup Light Soy Milk (running late)
S:  1-2 Boiled Eggs
L:  1 Cup Albondigas Soup
S:  Apple 
D:  4oz Fish; 1/2 Cup Cabbage Soup
S:  N/A

Water:  4 Cups
Vitamins:  OH yeah 
Exercise:  Going tonight

B: Chike orange meal replacement
S: 1/2 cup cottage cheese
L: 1/2 cup cottage cheese (i know, boring)
S: decaf chai tea with vanilla creamer
D: 6 mini slices genoa salami and mini babybel

Water: over 5 cups so far
Vitamins: all but calcium will have them at lunch
Excercise: please someone kick me in the ass about this. actually I bowl tonight.

L: 4 oz Homemade Chicken & Dumpling Soup Broth

D: Scrambled Egg, Shredded Cheese & Salsa (only 1/2)

B: cheese toast with 2 slices of 2% milk cheese and 1 slice of light ww bread

L: turkey meatballs (bought frozen) with my own marinara sauce with mozzerella and parmasean cheese

D: left over from lunch (can only eat about 1.5 small meatballs!- I thought for sure that I would eat all 3 at lunch)

S: cheese stick, grapes and rf wheat thins.

B: one smart ones mini breakfast wrap with eggs and turkey sausage. its my on the go staple, even tho I can only eat one ( there's 2 per pack

L: roasted beets, lite goat cheese, salad greens
