You can google some recipes for cauliflower rice and purees.....

I took raw cauliflower and grated the florets in a cheese/hash brown grater.....with very little stalk.

Placed in a small paper plate....drizzled a little water on it.....pinch of salt....pinch of garlic powder....microwaved till cooked.

For this dish I wanted to under flavor the "rice" so the it picked up the flavor of the Tikka sauce.....

Food porn!! LOL This looks fabulous!! I went to an indian restuarant for the first time the other day and had this. it was soooo good! so was something called chicken sixty-five. i need to find a recipe for that!!

OK.... this is basically it..... I did it off the cuff.....

In a fry pan......

A little olive oil.....

1/4 chopped onion

1/8 chopped bell pepper

1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

Dash salt & pepper

Saute till onion and bell pepper softens a little

Add:

1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
1/4 teaspoon Paprika
1/4 teaspoon Ginger powder
Pat of butter (I use Smart Balance Butter like stuff)

Stir in spices.... it gets kinda paste like.......

Add:

8oz. can of tomato sauce.
4oz. half and half (you can use Greek yogurt ....I didn't have any at the time)

Stir/mix and let simmer on low-low

I added a half a pack of Splenda

When I do it again......I'm gonna do the same, but add about 4oz. of chicken stock and blend the entire contents.

Classic Tikka Masala....you would saute the chicken up front with the onions...... I like the chicken separate.....so everything is not all one taste.

Should work out !!!
