Ahhh my last day at work this week.  Thank you to all the Veterans past and present.  Tomorrow we celebrate and honor YOU!!

B:  1 Cup Light Silk Soy Milk
S:  1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese; 1/4 Cup Crushed Pineapple
L:  3oz Talapia; Salad
S:  Apple
D:  Butter Sauteed Shrimp
S:  N/A

Water:  Goal 12 Cups
Vitamins:  Oh yeah
Exercise:  Naw..

L: ??? Probably won't eat lunch, mid morning snack is bogging me down!
