Date

I finally got my date it is next Wednesday!! I am so nervous.  Completed day one of pre op.  How many of you cheated on your pre op diet?

Congrats on your date. Mine is Monday, so we can share the journey.  I haven't cheated on any steps of the way, however, I have had a couple breakdowns along the way.  But I managed to stay on track. Wishing you the best on your surgery.

Congrats to you!  I am excited I hate slim fast but they let us have soup that is great!! just want to make it thru.  Are you drinking only slim fast?
