LND: insides of a shrimp taco from Chili's - about 1oz shrimp and a tablespoon of raw cabbage
LNS: 1/4 cup sunflower kernels
B: 1 Kraft low fat string cheese
L: 1 hard boiled egg diced, mixed with a tablespoon of mayo
D: probably the insides of the last leftover shrimp taco
S: if I need one, string cheese or sunflower kernels
Water: around 48 oz so far
Vits: halfway done
Exercise: epic stairs at school, maybe a short jog later
