Hey people...I swear the up down merry-go-round of my and my weight is ANNOYING...the ONE good thing about my weight for 2011 is that I'm not any BIGGER then I started the year...alas I can't KEEP it together...but I'm still trying!!!

My name is Gwen DAncy. I had surgery eight years ago. Starting weight 505 now 269. I am still miserable. I got down to 200 and gained the rest back. To all my seniors No pun intended please help. I just buried my husband in JUly and my life is miserable. I need some fresh new starts. Can anybody help me. Thanks

Breakfast - I egg bite (eggs/spinach/ground turkey etc baked in mini muffin tin)
Lunch - 1/2 cup tomato soup w/ 1 wedge laughing cow light cheese and 1 scoop unflavored Unjury
Dinner - ?
Water - 32 oz so far
Vits - oops! havent started today. MVI still makes me sick but I usually get in B12, probiotic, Ca, Mg, Vit D
Exercise - walked 25 min; plan to walk again later
