Lunch: 2 salmon "meat" balls' salad

Dinner: 3-4oz steak; Brussel sprouts

Not feeling so great this morning....allergy flare and sluggish gut...but working on that.

Plan for today
B: Spirutein Chocolate protein shake with 8 ounces almond milk and 1 tablespoon Sunbutter (made from sunflower seeds)
S: 1/2 c no sugar added applesauce with cinnamon
L: Chicken salad on parmesan crackers
S: ?
D:pulled pork with a bit a bbq sauce, fresh steamed green beans
S: ?

Water:  Trying to 40 ounces (really struggling to get more than 32 ounces)
Vitamins:  SL B12, Biotin...and will try to get in Multi Vit at bedtime
Exercise:  Just starting back....did spin bike for 10 minutes this morning.

S:  2 crackers w/ laughing cow cheese wedge and tiny bit of fresh crab meat
L:  1 thinly sliced low sodium ham w/ ff swiss and laughing cow cheese wedge
S:  8oz Isopure protein shake
D:  1/2 cup cream of cup soup w/ a little extra fresh crab meat
S:  ?

Water: 40oz already 20+oz  (1/2 on the way home, other 1/2 @ class)
Vitamins: 1 more big ole calicum pill to take
Exercise:  walked 35 minutes this morning and Zumba class tonight

D: 1/3 of the portion of Pei Wei's chicken lettuce wraps (lots of leftovers :)  )
