I'm off I've done laundry and now I'm waiting on my lunch date.

LastNightDinner:  Pork Chop
LNS:  2oz White Wine

B:  Strawberry Protein Shake (1/2 Cup Silk Light; 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese; 1/2 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder; Frozen Strawberries; Ice)
S:  Salad (Lettuce; Tomato; Red Onion; Boiled Egg; Dressing)
L:  Lunch Date not sure
S:  N/A
D:  Dinner Date not sure
S:  ??

Water:  Barely 4 cups
Vitamins:  On track
Exercise:  N/A

 I LOVE seeing what others are eating! Thanks for doing this post - it help those of us who are working through the early phases. Mine is kind of boring since I am early in the process but here goes:

Early morning snack: 4 oz skim plus milk with 1/2 scoop choc Unjury
B: 2 T grits (thinned with water) and 1 tsp PB with 1 in piece of banana mashed in (this is always my higher carb/calorie meal b/c I have such a hard time getting going in the AM
L: 2 T refried beans with a sprinkle of cheese and 1 T of homemade salsa
D: planning to make some baked Ricotta cheese w/tomato sauce (might throw in a little spinach)

Still need to get additional protein so I will also have 1 cup of Unjury chicken soup sometime during the day.

Water - 5 cups so far
Vits - some days get them all in; some days not b/c they make me nauseous and my stomach starts cramping; today is a NOT day
Exercise - 15 min walk - that is ALL i have the energy for at this point

LN Excersize- 60min spin class

B: Pure protein shake

L: 1/3 cup of tomato soup with parmesan
 Hummus with 1 lavash "chip"

D: ??? I dunno yet. Probably sashimi or soup depending on where we go to dinner.

Water- almost done
Vites- check
Excersize- Spin class this AM 60 min

B:1/2 quest bar coffee

L oven fried lemon chicken thigh

L2. cupcake size turkey meatloaf w/gravy

D: 1/2 a chicken burger 2oz with marinara sauce and tablespoon Parmesan cheese
