I haven't found that to be true...the Lortab (liquid) hasn't made me sick at all. And don't worry - I'm not hahting this diet right now or anything...I don't really feel hungry or attracted to food, so I am not missing it although some of my WLS friends tell me that they do think their families' food smells raelly good during the 2nd week!

Believe it or not the protein shake tasted wonderful. And the SF popsicles....ooooohhhh....I would stock up on them if I wee you before your big day!

Torani syrups. I am right now having a delicious protein drink with skim milk, unflavored protein powder, and SF Irish Creme syrup. You could also get some SF Jellos. These all count as fluid which you need to get in!

What do you put the Torani syrup in?  Where can I buy it?

I bought mine through Amazon. They had a special on 6 flavors and shipping was included. Torani is also sold at some grocery stores. Anothe syrup people use a lot is DaVinci.

I used it in my protein shake. Before the VSG I used it in smoothies and in yogurt when I couldn't add fruit. Also in coffee. That was really yummy!!

Oh My where on earth do you get Chocolate truffle protein,  sounds so yummy.  What does LND and LNS mean?  Is your ham and cheese roll up   ham with cheese in it and rolled or do you use some kind of a wrap?

LND & LNS are Last Night Dinner and Snack

For me I just roll some cheese (usually string) up in ham, now further out I use Romaine Lettuce Leafs

Ahh  Now I get it.  sorry about that.  I am still new to all of this.  The roll up is definitely gonna be a keeper for me too.  Cheese sticks...what a great idea.
