I bought the turkey meatballs - it's easier for me to buy them and just store in the freezer. here is the recipe for the mock rice pudding:
Mock Rice Pudding
1 pkg sugar free vanilla pudding mix
1 ¾ cups milk
1 16oz container cottage cheese – small curd
½ tsp vanilla
¼ tsp cinnamon
½ cup raisins
½ cup cool whip lite or sugar free
In bowl mix pudding mix, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon together until smooth and no lumps. Fold in cottage cheese, raisins, and cool whip. Best when refrigerated (will get stiff).
I add a bit more raisins and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Early am: 8 oz coffee w/ creamer
B: 5 oz Fage Cherry greek yogurt
S: 1 Polly-o cheese stick
L: Lean Cuisine Turkey Breast dinner (only the meat/gravy appx 2 oz)
D: Salad (romaine, cukes, tomatoes, shredded cheese, honey mustard dressing)
S: 8 oz skim chocolate milk
Late S: ?? probably peanut butter or packet of nuts
Water: 46 oz
Vites: yes
Exercise: One hour weight training w/ trainer
B: 5 oz Fage Cherry greek yogurt
