Hey boys and girls...I fell off the wagon and really not quite ready to get back on today...but tomorrow is ANOTHER day.  I know how many of you look forward to this post.  So post away.

L:  3 slices cheese, 3 multigrain crackers
S:  coffee w/skim milk and SF flavor
D:  (planned) 1 cup homemade irish stew
S:  decalf thai tea w/skim milk and stevia

Water:  32 oz so far
Vitamins:  you betcha
Excercise:  walking my little one around the neighborhood and maybe some skinnygirl yoga

Like I said, starting out slow today but will get all of my protein and water in before days end.

Breakfast 1/2 cup turkey chili
Lunch 1/2 cup turkey chili
snack small bag of mnm and mini twix bar after all it is halloween.
Dinner 2 oz of chicken and 1 cup of salad

Probably another piece of candy before the nite is over

D: turkey meatball with homemade marinara sauce and mozzarella  and parmasean cheeses (probably just 2 ounces of meatball- about 3)
