4 months, 9 days and 89 pounds gone
I just updated my blog (click on my name to the left to read it). Just wanted to drop in and say hello. It's been a CRAZY month for me so I haven't been able to check in as much. I'm still a loser, not always as fast as *I* want, but well, it's not a magic pill and I feel like I'm doing great.

Trust me. If I can do it... anyone can do it. It's hard work for sure... hang in there!

That is awesome! Congratulations on your hard work and your obvious success
Are you exercising non-stop or what? I am just moving off of a stall and was getting so discouraged. I keep coming back here to read stories like yours to keep up my spirits. You are truly an inspiration to all.
How did you get those comments above your ticker? "HW, SW, etc."?
Have you had times when you just stall for no apparent reason?
Whatever you're doing, it's absolutely wonderful. Can't wait to read your next post.

Not non-stop, but I am kicking butt in that department. I'm doing 5ks now! That's 3.1 miles! I used to could barely get around the block and took 20 minutes. I'm doing that 5k in under an hour. I work out with a trainer twice per week doing mostly weights and strength training. I go to the gym or walk the neighborhood (runkeeper.com is GREAT for tracking this stuff) 1-4 times per week. I walk a 3 mile track with a bunch of friends once per week. Wow, I guess I do do a lot. I just don't think of it like that anymore. I do this crap for FUN now.
I consider myself successful, but I also have a long way to go so I try to keep it in perspective. I'm 45% to my first major goal weight (of 200 pounds lost). It's going to take quite a bit of time.
Comments - somewhere on here is a way to edit your signature (I think under My OH, Settings). Thats how I added that info, that way people would know because I always wondered. I also keep a weekly and monthly weight update with the total lost each week (just click on my name and then scroll down to the bottom and you'll see "my story in numbers"
Almost everyone stalls. I "only" lost 10 pounds last month, in fact. There's very little you can do but ride it out. I stalled out like for 20 days at 3 weeks. It happens. The scale WILL move again, but in the meantime, it's frustrating and really messes with your head. Hang in there!

Wow, you're close to goal too, I've heard it gets harder once you get 20 pounds from goal, so you're doing fabulous as well. I think we sometimes forget that we didn't get like this in a few months and we surely won't undo it in a few months :****ep having to remind myself of that!
