Whatcha eating today VSGers? Wednesday...
LND: eggface ricotta bake, cut recipe in half, had 1/4 of it I'm guessing 2 oz
LNS: 1/4 cup sunflower kernels
B: 1/2 of a Morningstar veggie sausage patty
0.5 oz mozzerella
S: 8-9 oz pumpkin protein shake
L: 2 oz eggface ricotta bake
D: not sure yet, maybe some salmon burger or more ricotta bake
S: if I need it, another protein shake or 1/4 cup sunflower kernels
Water: not so stellar today, but working on it
Vits: multi, CoQ10. Still need B12 and calcium
Exercise: epic stairs at school, work which = LOTS of walking

S: special k protein bar (strawberry)
L:other half of lunchable
S: apex PB&J protein bar
D: probably.. pot roast with a tiny bit of potatoes

Water: only 17 ounces so far :/
Vitamins: only my multi v - gosh im bad i know
