S:  1-2 Boiled Eggs
L:  3oz Talapia; 1/2 Cup Creamed Spinach
S:  Crystal Light w/Benefiber

Water:  Goal 12 Cups (sitting with 5)
Vitamins:  Oh yeah
Exercise:  N/A

LastNightDinner:  4 slices turkey bacon and french toast scrambled eggs *which is the eggs without the actual bread*
LNS:  low carb crackers and a few pieces of harvarti cheese

B:  Chocolate protein shake and decaf tea
S:  none
L:  3 oz hamburger with 3 NSA pickles, mustard and low carb ketchup
S:  4 bean/cheddar chips with 2 tbsp mexican dip
D:  will be boiled dinner tonight which is stew beef, carrots, turnip and a tbsp of potato
S:  probably be low carb pumpkin custard with light cool whip

Water:  5.5 cups so far
Vitamins:  yes
Exercise:  none way too sick with a cold :-(

what do you wanna be when you grow up little girl? i wanna be a loser and sit on the bench sir! (45 lbs lost pre op) 300lbs starting weight, currently 141lbs! Lowest has been 135lbs and hoping to get back to that.

LND: 3.5 oz salmon cake; salad with 1/2 tbs Itailian dressing and 1/2 oz of havarti cheese
LNS: 5 Oreos...I know!

Pre Breakfast: coffee with half and half and splenda
Breakfast:  Brok's pizza
Lunch: 3oz salmon cake; salad with 1/2 tbs Itailian dressing and 1/2 oz of havarti cheese
Snack: 6 chocolate covered raisins; 1 tbs sunflower seeds
Dinner: 3 oz steak; 3 oz of spaghetti squash with butter
Snack: 1/2 Premier Protein Shake (vanilla); maybe 1oz of nuts or some popcorn if I want something salty.

Exercise: not today....
