I am sick and out for the week, so I am not eating much... little soup and protein bars and water and all my meds and vitamins

Early Morning: Coffee w/ half & half and splenda
Breakfast: 1 serving of Brok's pizza (customized)
Lunch: salad with 1 oz of chees, slices of beets, onions, 1 tbs italian dressing (full fat); 2 oz of ground turkey mixed with 2 oz cauliflower mash.
Dinner: Deviled eggs with tuna mixed in; salad
Snack: ??

SW: 342 lbs / CW: 175lbs / GW: 150lbs

B: Premier Protein Shake
S: 2 ounces of pears
L: 2.5 ounces of groud beef with 2 tbsp of spaghetti sauce with 1 ounce of mozzarella cheese
S: laughing cow cheese wedge???
D: 2.5 ounces of taco meat(ground beef) with 1 ounce of cheese and 2 tbsp of homemade salsa

Water: right now at 48 ounces, need to get in another 24
Vitamins: done!
Exercise: 30 minute walking/running on treadmill

Last night dinner- a little topping off a veggie pizza

B: Hot decaf tea with some ff milk and splenda
L: Lentil Soup
S: 5 Almonds
D: leftover chili
S: babybel cheese maybe

Water- almost done

Vitamins- done

Excersize- hour spin class tonight.

How many protein are you getting in? And how many calories? I don't think you're getting sufficient ammount in.

VSG on 05/31/11 with
LND: 1 crab cake with creole seasoning

B: 8 oz orange crystal light with vanilla protein powder (tastes like a dreamsicle)
L: 1/2 a Morningstar veggie burger and .5 oz of queso fresco melted on top
D: 1.5-2 oz eggface ricotta bake
S: if I feel like I need one maybe some sunflower kernels?

Water: about 1/2 way there
Vits: halfway
Exercise: epic stairs at school, went shopping and walked all over creation to try to find a white shrug (no luck, but at least I got some walking in)
